Complementary Colors

Down the yellow brick road
Red planet rising in the night sky
Sitting under an orange tree.

Yellow light from my lamp
As the blue passes me by
Cooling the green grass at my side. 

Tomorrow the yellow flowers will make him cry.
He’ll see yellow and say, “Why?”
